2 lb beef stew meat, cut into bite size pieces
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
4 oz mushroom pieces
1 tsp black pepper
1 c water
1 pkg dry onion soup mix

Tammy's Notes:

Do not "peek" while cooking. This is also great cooked in a crockpot all day,on low.

 

Directions

Place stew meat in a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Combine soup, mushrooms and pepper. Pour over meat. Add water and sprinkle dry onion soup mix over meat.Cover and bake at 325 for 3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
