|2 lb||beef stew meat, cut into bite size pieces|
|1 can(s)||cream of mushroom soup|
|4 oz||mushroom pieces|
|1 tsp||black pepper|
|1 pkg||dry onion soup mix|
Place stew meat in a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Combine soup, mushrooms and pepper. Pour over meat. Add water and sprinkle dry onion soup mix over meat.Cover and bake at 325 for 3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
