1Dredge steak in flour, season with salt and pepper if desired.
2Heat oil in large skillet.
3Brown onions, garlic and meat.
5Cover pan and cook until tender on medium heat.
6Should take at least an hour.
7Meat should be very tender.
8Check to make sure that it doesn't burn.
9If it looks like it is going to, add water or broth if you have it available.
