I have made this for years. My bestfriend just loves it. Though I have giving her the recipe. She just cann't get it right. Could be because I season by taste not by measuring the spices.

Ingredients For my pot roast.

2-3 lbpot roast
-
1 boxdry onion soup mix (2 envoples)

1 boxdry beffy mushroom soup mix.

1 pkgbaby peeled carrots
-
2 mdgreen bell peppers
-
1 lgonion
-
4celery stalks
-
6 mdpotatoes
-
2 pkgsliced mushrooms or use 2 cans drained

2 Tbspminced garlic
-
spices that you like. i use what i have in my cabnet.

enough water to cover the whole thing.
How To Make my pot roast.

1Pre-Heat oven to 350

2I then place my roast in the roaster and season it.

3Quarter onions,Chop celery, bell peppers, Cube the potatoes.

4Place onions,celery,carrots,mushrooms,peppers,garlic,and potatoes around the roast.

5Mix the soup mixes in warm water and pour over the roast until fully covered. Cover with lid. Let cook for 5 hours.
