1Season meat with garlic and salt.Pat out little bitty hamburger patties real thin.Place onto a griddle and use a straw to poke 4 holes into each patty.
2Place a tiny pinch of dried onion bits on top of each patty.Put the top part of hamburger (square roll)from bread stores--on cooking--very thin--patties.Need to cover griddle with a cake pan,so burgers can steam the buns and cook.Have the bottom buns on another side of the griddle,topside down for just one min.
3These do cook really fast so stay with them.As soon as no pink on bottom of patties.Take up from griddle and assemble with meat between buns and add a dill pickle slice,with mustard also.
