I make these for parties and games, and they are always the first things to go! I also do different variations on these, such as making different sauces to top them with. I hope everyone enjoys these as much as we do! :)

Ingredients For my almost famous sliders

  • 1 lb
    ground sirloin
  • 1 lb
    italian sausage, mild
  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1/4 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 box
    kings hawaiin rolls
  • 1 pkg
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make my almost famous sliders

    Preheat oven to for 425, to toast rolls. Cut each roll in half, and place openface on a cookie sheet to toast for 5 minutes.

    Preheat a tabletop grill to 350. Mix all meats together. Add bread crumbs, egg, and worcestershire sauce and mix together with meat mixture. Score into 4 equal parts to seperate. Break each of the four parts into 4 equal parts, then half those parts of the meat mixture, and shape into patties. On a tabletop grill, cook until done.

    Place patties on bottom parts of toasted rolls, and top with shredded cheese. Place tops on the sandwiches, and serve!
