2 lbchuck roast, bite sized pieces

3 Tbspflour

2 tspsalt

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1/4 tspcumin

1/4 tspginger

1/8 tspcayenne pepper

1/2 tsppaprika

1/4 tspcoriander

1/4 tsptumeric

1 cchopped celery

1/2 cchopped onion

2cloves minced fresh garlic

2 cjuice/water

1 ccarrots, diced

20 ozpineapple chunks

3 smtomatoes, cut in wedges

parsley flakes
How To Make moroccan beef stew

1Dredge beef in flour and salt and brown in oil.

2Pour off drippings.

3Add spices, celery, onion and garlic.

4Stir in juice and water.

5Cook slowly 1 hour.

6Add carrots and cook 30 minutes more.

7Add pineapple and tomatoes and heat through.

8Garnish with parsley.
