    cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/4 tsp
    coriander
  • 1/4 tsp
    tumeric
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 2
    cloves minced fresh garlic
  • 2 c
    juice/water
  • 1 c
    carrots, diced
  • 20 oz
    pineapple chunks
  • 3 sm
    tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • parsley flakes

How To Make moroccan beef stew

    Dredge beef in flour and salt and brown in oil.

    Pour off drippings.

    Add spices, celery, onion and garlic.

    Stir in juice and water.

    Cook slowly 1 hour.
