coat meat in flour and Salt, pepper, 1/8 tsp rosemary or Italian seasonings.
sprinkle meat with dash of Worchester sauce and soy sauce.
place meat in hot oiled pan,( or casserole dish) cover with canned tomatoes and sauce, add vegtables. cook on stovetop covered on medium/low, til fork tender.
This may also be placed in casserole dish and baked in 350 for 1 hour or til tender. In meantime,boil peeled, chopped potatoes til fork tender,then drain and prepare by seasoning, with butter and S/P and mashing.
