Ingredients For *** mom's stuffed pepper soup ***

  • 2 lb
    ground chuck
  • 1 - 14 oz. can
    diced tomatoes
  • 3 can
    beef broth
  • 2 - 15 oz. can
    tomato sauce
  • 2 1/2 - 3 lg
    green peppers, diced
  • 4 c
    rice, cooked
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    celery, chopped
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • shredded mozzarella cheese, to taste

How To Make *** mom's stuffed pepper soup ***

    Brown meat, drain fat. Add tomatoes, broth, tomato sauce, onion, celery & cook until soft. Add green peppers & cook until soft. Add rice, salt & pepper. Serve with sprinkle of mozzarella cheese on top.

    Soup will be thick, can add more broth if want to, 1/2 - 2 C.
