2 cshredded colby cheese

1/4 conion, minced

1 cmilk

1/2 cbeef broth

2 Tbspbutter, melted

salt & pepper, to taste

garlic powder

1Preheat oven to 425 degree F.

2Combine potatoes, cheese, onion in large bowl. Place in greased casserole dish.

3In another large bowl, combine milk, broth, 1 Tbsp melted butter, garlic powder, salt & pepper, mix well. Pour mixture over potato mixture. Pour remaining melted butter over. Bake 45 - 1 hour.
