Ingredients For mock parmigiana

4 lbground beef

4eggs
-
seasoning salt to taste

onion salt to taste

black pepper to taste

1 1/2 cseasoned bread crumbs

1/3 cgrated parmesan cheese
- SAUCE INGREDIENTS

1 lgonion, sliced

3 Tbspbutter
-
3 smcans tomato sauce
-
spaghetti seasoning to taste

onion salt to taste

1 dashworcestershire sauce

8 ozmushrooms, drained

2 cmozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make mock parmigiana

1Combine first 7 ingredients and shape into patties.

2Set aside.

3To make sauce, saute onion slices in 3 tablespoons butter until soft.

4Add remaining ingredients for sauce.

5Place patties in large baking pan in single layer and pour sauce over.

6Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake one hour at 375.

7After baking, remove foil, sprinkle each patty generously with the mozzarella cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
