MMMmmmm Tator Tot Hotdish

I have been making this hotdish since I was about 8 years old with my mom. Over the years I have tried different variations of it. This dish does not get old.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground beef
1 pkg
lipton onion soup mix
1 1/2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/2 c
onion
6-7
chopped mushrooms
1 pkg
frozen corn or green beans or carrots up to you. we like it with corn
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom sooup
1 c
milk use the can from the mushroom soup
1 cup
shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1 pkg
tator tots

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2In large frying pan, brown beef. Add package of Lipton onion soup mix, worcestershire sauce, chopped onion and fresh mushrooms. Make sure onion and mushroom is tender. Drain beef well. Put beef back into skillet.

3Add mushroom soup, milk and frozen veggie of your choice.

4Spray 9x13 pan. Add meat mixture to pan. Here is when I would add the cheese(optional) and Tatar Tots to the top. Place in oven for about 40 mins. I like the tots crispy not soggy.
