I got the idea for this recipe after watching a friend make a quick snack for her grandson using only the Scoops and cheese... Got my wheels to turning and I decided to try them out at the Superbowl party..They were a BIG hit!!

1 pkg
tostito's scoops (little tortillia bowl chips)
1 lb
cooked ground beef with taco seasoning prepared according to directions on seasoning packet,
1 jar(s)
salsa, chunky
1 pkg
sour cream
1 jar(s)
taco sauce
1 pkg
mexican blend shredded cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place Scoops on cookie sheet. In each scoop, put some of the taco meat and top with a generous pinch of the shredded cheese. Pop into the oven for 5-8 Minutes, or until cheese is all melted. Remove from oven and add a dollop each of sour cream and salsa. Top with a little taco sauce and serve. These go fast, so make at least 6 to 8 per person!
You can also add re-fried beans, lettuce, hot sauce..whatever you like on taco's!! Kids really love them because they are a kid friendly size and they make less of a mess than regular tacos. Enjoy!!
