Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 c
pretzel crumbs
1/2 c
chopped onion
4 oz
can green chiles, seeded and chopped
2 Tbsp
chorizo sausage, chopped
1 Tbsp
chili seasoning
2
garlic cloves, crushed
8 oz
monterey jack cheese
2
green peppers

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Combine all ingredients, except cheese and the 2 green peppers, in a medium bowl until well blended.

3Make 10 meatballs with a 1 inch cube of jack cheese in the center of each.

4Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds.

5Place meatballs into the center of each pepper and bake 20-30 minutes.
