Ingredients For mexican lasagne

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 9
    flour tortillas cut to fit or you can use corn
  • 2 pkg
    chi chi's restaurante seasoning mix (green pkg)
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 can
    refried beans
  • 3 c
    shredded pepper jack & cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c
    fresh cilantro
  • 1 sm
    onion diced
  • 1 can
    chopped green chilis
  • 1 can
    green enchilada sauce

How To Make mexican lasagne

    Preheat oven to 350 In a large frying pan cook beef with onions, drain off any excess fat. Add seasoning pkgs and green chilis, simmer till warmed thru. Pour a little green sauce on the bottom of a 9x13, place 2 shells on the bottom and cut the 3rd in half to cover openings, top with 1/2 of the following meat, beans, sour cream, cheese, repeat layers ending with tortillas, sauce and then cheese. Top with cilantro bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve with a side salad and guacamole
