Mexican Garbage Can or Mexican Lasagna

|1 lb||ground beef, browned & drained|
|1 pkg||flour tortillas or corn tortillas, your choice|
|1 can(s)||green beans, drained and chopped|
|1 can(s)||corn, drained|
|1 can(s)||chopped green chiles|
|1 large||can refried beans|
|1 jar(s)||salsa, (we like chunky and hot)|
|1 or 2||jalapenos, fresh & chopped (optional)|
|1 pkg||taco seasoning mix|
|1 pkg||shredded cheddar cheese|
To the browned ground beef add the chopped green beans, corn, green chilies, refried beans, salsa,jalapenos and taco seasoning. Mix together until well blended.
Spray crock pot with Pam, put some of the beef mixture on bottom, make a layer with the tortillas, another layer of meat mixture, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese (we like it cheesy), repeat layering until crock pot is full, ending with cheese.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Serve with chopped tomatoes, sour cream, shredded lettuce, and more salsa if you want. We also like to add Crunchy Tortilla chips as a side.
