2/3 call purpose flour

2 Tbspmargarine, melted

1/2 cnon fat yogurt

2egg whites, beaten

3/4 lblean ground beef (or turkey), broken up

2green onions with tops, chopped

1 lgred bell pepper, chopped

1/2 tspsalt

2 tspchili powder

1/2 tsptabasco sauce

1 cankidney beans, with juice

1 can(6 oz) tomato paste

1/2 clow fat grated cheese

2 cshredded lettuce
-
1 cchopped fresh tomatoes
How To Make mexican bean bake

1Crust: Stir together flour, salt, baking powder, margarine, and yogurt. Spread thinly on bottom and sides of a greased 7x11 inch pan.

2Filling: Brown ground beef. Drain well and rinse with boiling water to remove any excess fat. Add onion, red pepper, salt, chili powder, tabasco sauce, kidney beans, and tomato paste. Spoon into crust.

3Bake 30 minutes at 350 F. Sprinkle with cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
