My family loves tacos and fajita's. One day we decided to combine a little of both recipe ingredients and came up with this wonderful surprise. They're messy to eat and oh so good!

Ingredients

2 lb
beef stir fry
1 medium
yellow pepper - cored and sliced length wise. if you prefer another color, go right ahead
1 large
white onion-sliced length wise
1/2 pkg
shredded mexican cheese
1/2
head of lettuce-shredded
1
clove of minced garlic
1 pkg
large flour tortillias
hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste
3 medium
tomatoes - diced
1
avacado- sliced at the last minute
1
small can of sliced black olives

Step-By-Step

1Gather ingredients.
2Slice onions.
3Slice yellow pepper.
4Dice tomatoes and shredd lettuce.
5Cook stir fry in a small amount of olive oil with garlic. Add onions and yellow pepper and cook until translusent.
6Warm tortillias in microwave.
7Place tortillia on plate and pile on all ingredients including cheese, hot sauce, black olives, sliced avacado and salt and pepper.
8Fold both sides and the bottom.
9Dig in and enjoy. Have alot of napkins on the table.
