- 1 lb
- ground beef, lean
- 1/2 med
- onion diced
- 2 TBS
- diced green pepper
- 1 Tbs
- garlic salt
- pepper & sage, to taste
- 1/2 sleeve
- club crackers, crushed
- 1 lg
1Preheat Oven @ 350
Season pans with Cooking spray (see Photos of pans)
Muffin tin or 4 1/2 cup ring pan ( small ring)
2Mix all ingredients together. (See photos)
3INDIVIDUAL servings: (See Photo)
If making individual Meat loaves, Use Muffin tin.
Make large Meat balls and place (1) in each muffin cup.
Bake 15 min covered, and 5-8 min uncovered.
Top with Ketchup, to serve.
Freezes well without Ketchup for individual servigs.
4RING of Meatloaf: (see Photo)
If making a RING, use Cake ring Pan, Spray well.
Mold mixture in sprayed pan.
Take a Knife to loosen sides.
Turn out on baking pan or pie plate.
Bake 15 min, covered and 5-10 min uncovered,
Top with Ketchup.
