This is my MIL's recipe. This meatloaf is always moist and delicious.

Ingredients For meatloaf

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    onion diced (small) or 2 tablespoons of dry onion soup mix
  • 1
    egg
  • breadcrumbs added until loaf holds form
  • 1 can
    tomato soup

How To Make meatloaf

  • 1
    In a Bowl mix meat and bread crumbs together. Add the egg. Pour half of can of tomato soup on top. Start to form into a loaf. Add more bread crumbs if needed.

    Place loaf in casserole dish. Pour remainder of soup on top of loaf.

    Cook covered at 350 degrees for an hour.
