Ingredients For meatloaf
- LOAF

1 lbground beef

1/2 ctomato sauce

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1 ccracker crumbs

1 mdonion, chopped

1egg
- SAUCE
-
1 1/2 ctomato sauce
-
1 cwater
-
2 Tbspprepared mustard
-
2 Tbspcider vinegar
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar
How To Make meatloaf

1Mix loaf ingredients. Form into loaf. Bake in 350*.

2Combine sauce ingredients in small saucepan over low heat until it begins to boil. Baste loaf with sauce (approx. 1 hour) after draining the fat juices.
