I combined this recipe from watching a demonstation of a restaurants recipe for meatloaf and from another recipe I got "somewhere" My husband who is not a meatloaf guy really likes this recipe.

2 lbhamburger

2 mdeggs

1 cdiced onion

1 pkgmeatloaf mix

1 cchicken flavored stovetop stuffing mix,crush to make fine crumbs

1/2 cwater
How To Make meat loaf by shirley

1saute the diced onions in butter and let it cool.

2put ALL the indgredients in a big bowl and mix really good by hand. Then put the mixture in a loaf pan or whatever pan you use for your meatloaf. Bake in a preheated 350* oven for 1 - 1 1/2 hrs About 5 minutes before taking out the meatloaf you can put some catsup over the top and return to oven for the last 5 minutes of baking.
