Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
flank steak
1/2 c
reduced sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1-2 Tbsp
dried or fresh parsley
1-2 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp
minced garlic
2 Tbsp
minced dried onion
2 tsp
stevia
splash of worcestershire sauce
salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients and pour over steak in baking dish. Flip steak over a couple times to coat well. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate 5-6 hours.

Remove from fridge about 1 1/2 hours before cooking and let it come to room temp. Turn a couple more times, poke meat with fork a few times.

Place meat on broiler pan and broil approximately 8 minutes per side 3" from heat source.
