Ingredients For mama's spaghetti

  • 2 Tbsp
    olive or canola oil to brown the ground chuck.
  • 1 lb
    ground chuck, cooked
  • 1/2 c
    seasoning blend (onions, celery & bell pepper)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce (lea & perrins)
  • 1/2 tsp
    mexene chili powder
  • 2 can
    cantadina tomato sauce (small) or 1 large can
  • 1 can
    water
  • 1 can
    campbells tomato soup
  • 1 can
    water
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • parmasan cheese to sprinkle on top (optional)

How To Make mama's spaghetti

  • 1
    Brown ground chuck in a skillet. Add from the bag the seasoning blend of onion, celery and bell pepper and stir. Cook until the onion, etc. is tender then add the worcestershire sauce, chili powder, tomato sauce, water, tomato soup and more water, salt, sugar and bay leaf. Simmer the sauce for about 30 minutes. Serve over Spaghetti. Delicious with a green salad, Tea or Wine and Garlic Bread. Optional: Sprinkle Parmasan cheese on top.
