Ingredients

1 lb
hamburger
1 pkg
lawry's taco seasoning mix
3/4 c
water
1/2 tsp
lawry's seasoned salt
1 can(s)
(14 oz) red kidney beans, drained

tomatoes, diced
1
ripe avocado diced
1 pkg
(6 1/2 oz) fritos, reg size
1
lettuce head, torn into small pieces
4 oz
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c
onion, chopped
3/4 c
lawry's thousand island dressing

Step-By-Step

1Brown hamburger; drain fat. Add Taco mix, water, salt and beans. Cover and simmer for 10 Minutes.

2Reserve some of the tomatoes, avocado and fritos for use as a garnish. Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl; add the ground beef mixture and lightly toss all of the ingredients.

3Plate salad. Garnish with reserved tomato dice, avocado and fritos.

4Best if served immediately, OOOHHH SOOO GOOD!!!
