I LOVE BEEF!!! This is a very scrumptious grilled steak and veggie recipe to die for. The compound herb butter sets the tone for what will be an extraoridinary dinner affair. Hope you enjoy. Happy Grilling and Cooking! sw:)

Ingredients For lovin' me some grilled steak and veggies!

  • 1 1/2 lb
    sirloin steaks
  • 1 Tbsp
    montreal steak seasoning
  • 3 lg
    yellow squash
  • 1 lb
    asparagus, fresh
  • 2 lg
    tomatoes, fresh & sliced
  • 1 lg
    onion, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 Tbsp
    greek seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 8 oz
    balsamic pomegranate vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • HERBED COMPOUND BUTTER
  • 1 stick
    butter, unsalted
  • 6 oz
    cream cheese, whipped
  • 2 oz
    italian blend, shredded
  • 3-4 slice
    pancetta, very thin, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp
    basil, choped
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian parsley
  • zest of one lemon
  • GRILLED CHICKEN, SEAFOOD OR PORK WOULD BE A GREAT SUBSTITUTE!

How To Make lovin' me some grilled steak and veggies!

    gather your produce
  • 2
    slice veggies and season with greek seasoning and brush with 1/2 of the olive oil
  • 3
    grill veggies on a medium high grill or grill pan 2-3 minutes on each side or until veggies just begin to soften. do not over cook. remove and place on a warm plate

    season steaks with remaining olive oil and montreal steak seasoning
  • 5
    on a medium high grill or grill pan, grill steaks 3-4 minutes flipping once or until desired doneness

    in a mixing bowl, add all the compound butter ingredients together. mix well. roll mixture into the shape of a log. Place on wax paper or plastic wrap. Cover completely and roll the ends tight. Chill in fridge until ready for use.

    in a small sauce pan add vinegar and honey. simmer for 2-3 minutes. arrange meat and veggies on plate, drizzle the sweet vinegar add top warm steak with compund butter. ENJOY!
