1 1/2 lb
montreal steak seasoning
tomatoes, fresh & sliced
olive oil, extra virgin
balsamic pomegranate vinegar
HERBED COMPOUND BUTTER
cream cheese, whipped
italian blend, shredded
pancetta, very thin, cooked and crumbled
zest of one lemon
GRILLED CHICKEN, SEAFOOD OR PORK WOULD BE A GREAT SUBSTITUTE!
3grill veggies on a medium high grill or grill pan 2-3 minutes on each side or until veggies just begin to soften. do not over cook. remove and place on a warm plate
5on a medium high grill or grill pan, grill steaks 3-4 minutes flipping once or until desired doneness
6in a mixing bowl, add all the compound butter ingredients together. mix well. roll mixture into the shape of a log. Place on wax paper or plastic wrap. Cover completely and roll the ends tight. Chill in fridge until ready for use.
