|6 oz||cream cheese, whipped|
|2 oz||italian blend, shredded|
|3-4 slc||pancetta, very thin, cooked and crumbled|

|1 Tbsp||italian parsley|
|zest of one lemon|

Directionsgather your produceslice veggies and season with greek seasoning and brush with 1/2 of the olive oilgrill veggies on a medium high grill or grill pan 2-3 minutes on each side or until veggies just begin to soften. do not over cook. remove and place on a warm plateseason steaks with remaining olive oil and montreal steak seasoningon a medium high grill or grill pan, grill steaks 3-4 minutes flipping once or until desired donenessin a mixing bowl, add all the compound butter ingredients together. mix well. roll mixture into the shape of a log. Place on wax paper or plastic wrap. Cover completely and roll the ends tight. Chill in fridge until ready for use.in a small sauce pan add vinegar and honey. simmer for 2-3 minutes. arrange meat and veggies on plate, drizzle the sweet vinegar add top warm steak with compund butter.
