These go great with my Italian Spagetti sauce,for sandwiches or Spagetti!!

Ingredients

1 1/4 lb
lean ground meat
1 1/2 c
corn flakes crushed
1/2 c
parmigiano-reggiano, grated
2 tsp
dried oregano
1 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
ground nutmeg
3 large
eggs
3 clove
minced garlic
3 Tbsp
tomato paste
2 Tbsp
dried parsley
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1/2 tsp
black pepper

Step-By-Step

1crush corn flakes in plastic bag,in large bowl,mix all ingredients together.Mix well with fork.
2Form meat mixture into 11/2inch balls.Bake meatballs until wellbrowned and cooked through about 30 minetes in 350* oven.Drop meatballs in hot spagetti sauce,serve immediately.MANGIA!!!
