Karla's Spaghetti Sauce

|1 lb||lean hamburger|
|1 lb||ground country pork sausage|

|1 tsp||garlic powder|

|1 large||onion , chopped|
|1 medium||green pepper , chopped|
|1 can(s)||sliced black olives , drained|
|1 can(s)||mushroom pieces , drained ( i use the button)|
|1 pkg||spaghetti sauce mix|
|29 oz. can(s)||tomato sauce|
|1/4 can(s)||water ( to clean out the sauce )|
|2 (6oz) can(s)||mushroom steak sauce (giorgio brand)|
|1 can(s)||diced tomatoes|
|1 Tbsp||crushed garlic (from a jar)|
|1 tsp||celery salt or flakes|
|1 Tbsp||parsley flakes|
|1 tsp||sea salt|
|1/3 c||parmesan cheese|
|2-3 small||hot yellow chili peppers , whole ; optional|
I came up with this sauce years ago and its a family favorite , my girls always asks me to make it when they come for dinner.
I use this sauce on alot of my recipes like my spanish green beans that are posted here also.
This sauce freezes great.
I don't measure my seasoning , so this is a ruff estimate. season to your liking .
