Juicy Steak Fajitas

- 2-3 lb
- beef skirt steak
- 1/2 bottle
- zesty italian dressing
- tony cachere's cajun seasoning
- montreal steak spicy seasoning
- worcestershire sauce
- flour tortillas
- salsa, chunky
- iceburg lettuce
- mexican cheese
- taco rice
- 1 can(s)
- black beans, canned
1Take a baking pan and cover the bottom with a couple of squirts of the italian dressing and worstershire sauce.
2Rub steak on each side with seasonings.
3place steak in baking pan and cover with foil. Let marinate for 3 hours, I usually leave steak at room temperature because it seems to be more tender.
4While steak is grilling, start your rice....I use taco flavored rice and the last 5 minutes or so i add the black beans, drained.
5Slice your steak into strips and dress up your fajitas however you like! My husband and I put the taco rice and beans right into the flour burrito shell...yum! enjoy!
