Meatloaf has been a family favorite around my house since I can remember. If we ever have any left over then we slice it and fry it and make sandwiches out of it...It goes great with baked potato and salad....

Ingredients

2 lb
ground sirloin (lean)
2 large
eggs
1 1/2 c
oatmeal, uncooked
1/2 c
salsa verde
1/2 c
salsa
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
sage, dried
1 tsp
garlic
1/4 c
evaporated milk
1 can(s)
tomatoes (fire roasted)

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 400* You will need a cake pan 9"
In a large bowl, place ground sirloin, eggs, oatmeal, both salsa's, salt, sage, garlic, and milk..

Mix thoroughly with spoon or hand (prefer hand)
Make a loaf and place in to cake pan...Pour fire roasted tomatoes over the top and place in the oven.

Being it is 2 pounds of beef baking time is 1 hour and 15 minutes Depending on your altitude. Stick steak knife in center must come out clean is done...
