| 1 can(s) | 14.5 oz diced tomatoes w/oregano, basil, and garlic |
| 1 clove | 4 oz tomato sauce |
| 4 clove | garlic, whole, skin off |

I just saw this on your page. This looks divine. I'm soooo dying for carbs right now that I think I'd stick some of that meaty goodness between 2 or 4 slices of crusty bread. I will make this when I come back from CO. It would probably feed me for a week. Love your recipes. And love you too!

I'm going to Colorado Jamie, to meet an old friend. I've never been to Vail and I hear it is absolutely beautiful. I can tell you I won't be dieting on this trip. Bring on the bread PLEASE! And I haven't gained weight, probably lost a few pounds but will surely put it back on in an instant after I eat some artisan bread. Can't wait
