- beef rump roast / make slashes and stuff with garlic

- 5 Tbsp
- beef bouillon
- 1 medium
- 2 Tbsp
- marjoram, thyme, oregano, worchester sauce, a few drops of hot sauce- more to taste
- garlic ( crushed)
- salt if taste like it has no spices
1Add more spices and if needed. All depends on your taste.
2Cook in slow cooker all night or in oven at 350 till meat falls apart about 3 to 4 hours. Serve on a hoagie buns or french bread and pepperino peppers.
3Longer it marinates the better it gets. FREEZES WELL!
