Ingredients

3 lb
beef chuck roast trimmed
3 Tbsp
basil dried
3 Tbsp
oregano, dried
1 1/2 c
water
1 pkg
onion soup mix
8 to 10
sandwich buns, split horizonally

Step-By-Step

1Place roast in slow cooker.

2Combine basil, oregano, and water pour over roast.

3Sprinkle with soup mix, cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or until meat is tender.

4Remove meat shred with a fork and keep warm. Strain broth, skim off fat.

5Serve meat on rolls, use broth for dipping if desired.
