Nancy J.'s Notes:

My neighbors asked me for a good and easy Italian beef recipe. For a family gathering...they were to bring the meat..An all Italian theme.
Cute,..they are Korean!!
So digging into my recipe file I found this very easy recipe. Please give it a try...The report was...all loved it..and will use it again!
Great sauce (gravy) you know it is good if the gravy drips down your elbows! Supply napkins !!

Directions

1
Cut roast in half, place in crock pot.
Sprinkle with italian seasoning, cayenne and black pepper.
Add water. Cover and cook on high 4 hours.
Or until meat is tender.
Remove roast, (Keep crock pot covered on high.) shred meat with two folks and return to crock pot.
In a small bowl, combine pepperconcinis, peppers, garlic, soup mix,and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over meat.
Cook on high 1 hour longer, or until peppers are tender.
2
Spoon beef mixture over the bottom halves of bread, replace replace bread halves on tops.
Cut each loaf into 6 sandwiches.
This makes 12 delicious sandwiches! YUMMY!.
Supply lots of napkins..
Great for a gathering, or maybe an at home picinic!

DELISH!
I just froze some leftover cooked brisket and bags of colored bell peppers.... I think I can use those along with the other ingredients and make wonderful sandwiches this weekend. Thank you.

Nancy, I'm always looking for good Italian beef and next time I plan on making it, I'll use this recipe. Best part is that it's cooked in the slow cooker!
