Ingredients

3-4 lb
beef roast
2 pkg
good seasons {dry} italian dressing mix
12 oz
your chioce of liquid; water, beer,pepperocini juice
1 can(s)
mushrooms [ optional}
1 jar(s)
pepperoncini peppers{optinal]

Step-By-Step

1Place roast in crock pot with liquid, seasoning mix and mushrooms and Pepperocini Peppers if using.Cook on low for 14 hrs.

2Take roast out and shred with forks.Place meat back in crock pot and stir.

3Place desired amount of meat on a hoagie roll.Can keep left overs in fridge for up to three days otherwise freeze left overs.
