My sister from Alabama gave me this recipe, my family can't get enough of them. They go real fast.

Ingredients

4-6 lb
beef rump roast
2-4 clove
garlic
2 large
onions, chopped
4
beef bouillon, cubes, melted in 1 cup hot water
2 large
green peppers sliced in thin strips
1 c
juice from mild banana peppers
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
everglade seasoning
1 tsp
accent
1 tsp
italian seasoning
1 tsp
fennel seeds
1/2 tsp
oregano, dried
1/2 tsp
basil, dried
1
bay leaf
8-10
hard bread rolls
12-16 slice
provolone cheese

Step-By-Step

1Place all ingredients except green peppers in crock pot on high for 5 hours. After 5 hours add green peppers, cook for 3 more hours. After 8 hours shred beef with two forks. Place two slices of provolone cheese on hard bread roll and place under broiler for a few seconds, ( will burn very easily ). After heated and cheese is melted place desired amount of meat on cheese put banana peppers on top and enjoy.
2can brush hard bread rolls with butter before placing under broiler.
