Ingredients

one big piece round steak, oregano seasoned stuffing

Step-By-Step

1Pound out a large piece of trimmed round steak (or have a nice butcher tenderize it) and spoon in middle some oregano seasoned stuffing and then roll good and tie - either simmer in red sauce or beef sauce till tender
