1 1/2 lb
ground beef
1/2 c
finely chopped onions
1/2 c
finely chopped green peppers
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
1-2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 small can(s)
tomato sauce
3 pinch
2 pinch
black pepper
1 pinch
kosher salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons into a frying pan. Saute onions, minced garlic and green peppers until soft. You may season this mixture with paprika and black pepper if you wish.
In a mixing bowl, place your ground beef into the bowl and season with all your spices including the saute mixture from the frying pan. Mix altogether and place in a baking dish and form a loaf with your hands. Place in oven and cover with aluminum foil.
Let bake at least 30 to 45 mins and keep pouring off the fat grease the beef will form from baking. Continue to bake until meat is almost done. Pour the can of tomato sauce onto meatloaf for the last 15 to 20 minutes and uncover the meatloaf. Let sit for about 5 to 15 minutes and then slice and serve.
******Note: oven times may vary so it is a wise choice to frequently check on your meatloaf so as not to burn it***** ENJOY!!!!
