1Combine baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously.
2Smooth dough into ball on floured board.
4Roll dough 2 inches larger than 9 inch pie plate.
5Place into plate flute edges.
6Brown ground beef and drain.
7Stir in salt, oregano, pepper, onion, bread crumbs, tomato sauce and spread in pie crust.
8Beat egg and milk, stir in remaining ingredients.
9Spread over beef mixture.
10Bake until crust is golden, about 30 minutes at 375.
