hurry-up meat loaves

I recieved this recipe from my mother 7/22/00. It's very easy and my family loves it. Being 6 small meat loaves it's great to serve with a salad and mashed potatoes and corn for a couple of guests at the dinner table.

Ingredients For hurry-up meat loaves

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground chuck
  • 1 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 can
    (5oz.) evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c
    barbecue sauce

How To Make hurry-up meat loaves

  • 1
    Combine first 6 ingredients, stirring until mixture is thoroughly blended. Shape mixture into 6 loaves; place loaves on rack of greased broiler pan. Spoon barbecue sauce over loaves. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
