This tastes SOOO good. I have had this recipe for over 25 years. Mrs Goertz use to make this a lot. She had 4 boys to fill up. When I first asked for the recipe, I was surprised at the ingredients.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground beef
2 can(s)
tomato sauce (small)
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
2 can(s)
cheddar cheese soup
1 pkg
taco seasoning
corn chips
lettuce
tomato
sour cream
black olives

Step-By-Step

1Brown ground beef and pour off grease. Add tomato sauce, soups, and taco seasoning. Heat until warm.

2In individual bowls, make a bed of corn chips and lettuce. Pour some hot mixture over the top.

3Garnish with tomato, sour cream, olives, what ever Mexican style toppings you like.
