Brown the hamburger meat in a heavy skillet and drain off all fat.Put ground beef and all of rest of the ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.Turn heat down and simmer for several hours 4 to 5 but longer improves flavor .Stir often to keep from sticking or burning .This chilli is good with your favorite beans.
