Ingredients For hot and spicy beef stew

3 lbchoice cut of beef, like shoulder roast, rump roast, or sirloin roast

1 cancampbell’s cream of mushroom soup

2 canveg-all regular cut (drained)

1 canlarge can of bush’s chili beans (drained)

1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tsponion powder
-
1 tsppaprika powder
-
1 tspchipotle pepper powder

1/4 tspcoarse sea salt

1/4 tspblack pepper
How To Make hot and spicy beef stew
-
1Cut roast into ¼ to ½ inch strips and place in bottom of crock pot

2Measure and sprinkle seasons over the cut up pieces of roast

3Add cream of mushroom soup (no water added)

4Add two cans of Veg All to the pot
-
5Add one can of chili beans to the pot
-
6Mix all the ingredients together in the crock pot

7Cook on low setting for 8 hours
