roast beef, cooked and sliced deli thin

beets, pickled and drained

lettuce leaves
1 Tbsp
mayonnaise

HORSERADISH SAUCE INGREDIENTS

1 c
sour cream
2 Tbsp
horseradish

Step-By-Step

1HORSERADISH SAUCE: Mix sour cream and horseradish together. Adjust the amount of horseradish to your personal taste.

2Spread horseradish sauce on 2 slices of the bread; top with beef, beets and lettuce.

3Spread mayonnaise on remaining 2 slices of bread; place over lettuce.

4TIP: Pumpernickel bread is also great to use in this recipe!
