bean sprouts, drained
soy sauce, low sodium, to taste
Wash and cut your steak into strips.
Season your steak with meat tendrizer, black pepper, onion powder and lawrey's seasoning salt.
Fry in saucepan till brown.
Add onion and bean sprouts and cook 15 mintues.
Add green pepper last and cook 5 more minutes.
Add soy sauce, water and sugar to taste.
