This is my mother-in-laws recipe. It taste just like the chinese resturant!
bean sprouts, drained
soy sauce, low sodium, to taste
water, to taste
sugar, to taste
1Wash and cut your steak into strips.
2Season your steak with meat tendrizer, black pepper, onion powder and lawrey's seasoning salt.
3Fry in saucepan till brown.
4Add onion and bean sprouts and cook 15 mintues.
5Add green pepper last and cook 5 more minutes.
6Add soy sauce, water and sugar to taste.
7Serve over rice!
