Ingredients For home made enchiladas

  • HOME MADE SAUCE
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    chille powder
  • 1 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 8 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • dash
    paprika
  • LAYER CORN TORTILLAS WITH
  • pkg
    corn tortillas
  • 1/2 to 1 lb
    hamburger, browned (depending on the amount of people your serving.
  • 1 sm
    to medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 8 oz
    each cheddar, and mozzarella cheese
  • SIDES
  • lettuce, sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, or any other sides you like.

How To Make home made enchiladas

    In medium sauce pan, on medium heat add oil, flour, and chille powder. Start to add water mix well.

    Add tomato sauce, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, & paprika, mix well lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. remove from heat

    On a plate lay a tortilla spread about 2 tablespoons of the sauce, layer the beef,onions, cheddar, & mozzarella cheeses. Repeat as many layers as you like.

    Place in microwave, heat for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. add sides and enjoy.
