1 1/2 lb
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
cups beef broth
15.5-ounce cans black eyed peas, not drained
potatoes, peeled, diced
celery stalk, chopped
1In a soup pot over medium heat, saute ground beef 5 to 6 minutes, or until browned. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 30 to 35 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
2Sopping up this flavorful sauce with some tasty rolls is definitely the way to go here!
