Heinz 57 Meatloaf

I created this to "jazz" up regular meatloaf. Sure smells good when it's cooking! Tastes great too !!
(I don't add salt because the saltines and the soup mix have salt in them).

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
80/20 ground beef
1
egg
1 pkg
beefy onion soup mix
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp
heinz 57 sauce
1
sleeve of saltines,crushed, regular or unsalted, your choice
1 pinch
pepper

TOPPING

heinz 57 sauce

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix hamburger, egg, soup mix, pepper, W-sauce, 57 sauce; cracker crumbs.
Shape into a loaf, put into a small oval/ rectangle shaped pan..
2Pour Heinz 57 over the top and sides.
3Cook 45 mins. Let stand 10 mins. before you slice it
