Hearty Crockpot Beef Stew

This is delicious and simple. Serve it with a garden salad and a nice loaf of crusty bread. The boys in my house rave over it.

carrots sliced 1/4' rounds

potatoes cubed

stalks celery chopped

onion diced

cloves garlic sliced
1 c
sliced fresh mushrooms

1-11/2' thick round steaks fat trimmed cut into 1 inch pieces
1 tsp
dried rosemary
2 tsp
coarse sea salt
2 Tbsp
dried parsely
1 Tbsp
fresh ground pepper
1 tsp
garlic salt
1 c
beef bouillon or red wine
1 c
frozen peas
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 pkg
knorr swiss brown gravy
1 large can(s)
diced tomatoes in tomato sauce ( muir glen or your favorite)

Directions Step-By-Step

Chop and dice all vegetables. Cut meat into 1-11/2 inch cubes trim any fat off as well.Put all ingredients into crock pot add 1 cup of water and stir cover cook on low for 5-6 hours, or until tender. Add peas last 1/2 hour of cooking. If needed increase cooking time.
