roasted garlic mashed potatoes
Cook ground sirloin and drain fat.
In casserole add both cans of tomato soup, can of corn and can of green beans. Mix well.
Follow directions on package of mashed potatoes.
Top soup/meat/vegetable mixture with spoonfuls of mashed potatoes, top each with a slice of Velveta cheese.
Bake at 350* until cheese melts and casserole is hot and bubbly. Let cool about 15 minutes.
